Evelyn Lozada to End No-Contact Order Against Chad Johnson

Reality television star Evelyn Lozada has decided to end the drama and will be letting the no-contact order against ex-husband Chad Johnson expire, reports TMZ – a move that would allow the two to communicate once more following a serious domestic violence dispute between the two in August.

Just six weeks after the “Basketball Wives” personality and former Miami Dolphins wide receiverwere wed in a lavish made-for-TV-ceremony, the couple made headlines when a bitter argument over cheating allegations on Aug. 11 ended with Johnson allegedly head-butting Lozada in the forehead.

Johnson was arrested shortly after the argument. He was sentenced to one year’s probation and was ordered to attend batterer’s class after pleading “no contest” to the domestic battery charge.

Sources told TMZ that Johnson “is on track to finish his batterer’s intervention program in the next couple months,” after which Johnson will ask for his probation to be terminated and for the no-contact order to be lifted.

Should the no-contact order be lifted, the ex-couple would be able to communicate once more. Although TMZ reports that Lozada, 36, does not plan to reunite with her 34-year-old ex, she does want to “move on.” by  [NBC]
