Spanish language television wins, again! Building off the success of Kate de Castillo’s telenovela La Reina del Sur Nielsen ratings show that Telemundo has had the strongest three months in the network’s history, averaging over 1.2 million total viewers.
That is an 11% increase over last year. With the help of La Reina (the most expensive telenovela ever produced) Telemundo continues to win ratings over ABC and CBS among adults 18-34 and in March, it beat ALL English language programing in major cities like New York and LA.
Sounds more like La Reina del TV.
